Council of Faith and Life

 

The CFL (Council of Faith and Life) is composed of Pastor, Moderator, three members elected to three-year terms by the congregation and one or two annual appointments .

The area of spiritual ministry of the Council of Faith and Life is to give direction and vision to the church.  The work of the Council of Faith and Life is:
1.  To pray for the work and ministry of the church.
2.  To seek God to discern what the work of the church should be and to give leadership in long range planning.
3.  To support and promote the ministry and programs of the church so that they effectively follow the mission, purpose and core values of the church.
4.  To deal with details of administration that are not dealt with by other ministries of the church.
